Timewiks RPS

Discover the TimeWiks tool, a Welbees innovation, with Philippe Cabon and Viravanh Somvang, co-founders.

TimeWiks is a solution developed by Welbees, scientific and operational experts in fatigue and work organisation risk management, with internationally recognised expertise and an existing client base.

The collaborative solution for managing employee stress and fatigue

TimeWiks is a SaaS solution that predicts employee stress and fatigue levels using a unique data modelling algorithm.

The objective of TimeWiks is to transform the organisation of work through a better assessment of psychosocial risks (PSR).

The solution responds to the growing need of sectors of activity working 24/7 (transport industry, health sector, nuclear, etc.). Within these industries, employee well-being and fatigue represent major issues for the health and safety of employees, with operational and economic consequences for the company.

TimeWiks helps to meet regulatory requirements and improve work organisation, particularly in the current context of the Covid-19 crisis and associated operational challenges.

Compliance

Companies must take into account the impact of work organisation on the mental health of their employees (psychosocial risks)

Economic performance

A work organisation adapted to the well-being of employees is a factor of economic performance (reduction of absenteeism and presenteeism)

Health & Safety

Changes in work organisation have major impacts on health and safety at work (fatigue, stress, accidents at work, industrial accidents, etc.)

Social climate

Fatigue and psychosocial risks are at the heart of social negotiations with the trade unions.

What is the TimeWiks tool?

Data Collection

the mobile application allows employees to record their stress and fatigue data through surveys and provide personalized recommendations, while ensuring confidentiality.

Statistical analysis and modelling

TimeWiks' algorithm is based on the identification of factors contributing to fatigue, explaining up to 80% of fatigue.

For given rotations, TimeWiks can predict fatigue with up to four times the accuracy of existing models, allowing for optimised scheduling.

Monitoring the risk of fatigue

For management teams (safety managers, planning teams, HR, ...), a web interface allows to monitor in real time the risk of fatigue by identifying and quantifying the main factors contributing to fatigue, through detailed and customisable dashboards.
