An introduction to fatigue and stress management.
The course lasts two days and is composed of 4 modules. Each of these modules will provide learners with specific knowledge about fatigue and stress, which will enable them to better understand the associated mechanisms.
The scientific principles and the consequences of fatigue and stress will be clearly explained to the learners. Particular attention will be paid to learning how to recognise the signs at an individual level, as well as to good practice in managing fatigue and stress.
This training aims to lay the foundations for good management of stress and fatigue-associated risks.
